First Install MonsterInsights and the eCommerce Addon, MonsterInsights works with WordPress, and does not require any coding.
With MonsterInsights you can optimize the performance of your store activate the plugin to get started then visit Google Analytics.
Next Enable Enhanced eCommerce Tracking in Google Analytics
Select the website you would like to enable Enhanced eCommerce tracking for in you Google Analytics account.
Then select admin in the left taskbar.
Select settings, Ecommerce Settings under the column on the right.
Then select sliders under Status and Enable Related Products. Then select Next Step.
Now click the slider under Enhanced Ecommerce settings, to turn it from off to on, and then click Submit.

Go to WordPess, and access MonsterInsights. Go to Insights then Settings and then select eCommerce from the top menu. Then enable the option Use Enhanced eCommerce.
